About Sandra Siciliano

As a life-long resident of Newton, I have a deep appreciation for and knowledge of the city and the towns that surround it.  I grew up in Newton Centre, then moved to West Newton with my husband Joe where we raised our four children. 
 
I choose to work in Real Estate because I very much enjoy all aspects of the industry.  As a Realtor my goal is to service my client completely and to provide a result that is 100% satisfactory. 
 
This requires a thorough understanding of the markets in which I work and the ever changing dynamics that impact these markets.  When working with clients, whether buyers or sellers, my desire is to make the best match.  When working with a buyer I work very hard to understand what you want and need in your property search and then to match it to what is available in the market.  When working with a seller it is my job to market your property extensively and with excellence.  Then I must work to find the most qualified buyer, both financially and with conditions, to give you the most satisfactory result.
 
In all transactions I work hard to gain and maintain the trust of my clients and my colleagues in the industry.  Trust in a working relationship on both sides of the deal is critical. Sandy is very diligent and fastidious (coming at least a half hour before an open house to make sure the place is presentable), scrupulously honest and very pleasant and easy to work with.
